Dr. Selina Lin earned her medical degree from the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine, laying the foundation for her illustrious career in ophthalmology. Her residency took her to Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York City, where she distinguished herself as Chief Resident in her final year.
Dr. Lin’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her board certification as a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology and her specialized training as a retina specialist. With over a decade of experience in serving patients in the greater Tampa Bay area, she has earned a reputation for her expertise and compassionate care.
In 2020, Dr. Lin brought her wealth of experience and dedication to Coastal Eye Institute, where she continues to positively impact the lives of
her patients through her unwavering commitment to excellence in ophthalmology.
We are proud to welcome Dr. Nicholas Zaunbrecher, M.D., to our practice. Dr. Zaunbrecher is currently completing a Refractive and Anterior Segment Fellowship at the Willis Knighton Eye Institute in Shreveport, Louisiana. His training emphasizes high-volume cataract surgery, premium intraocular lens technology, refractive procedures, and anterior segment reconstruction.
Dr. Zaunbrecher earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, where he also completed his ophthalmology residency and served as Chief Resident. He was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society for his academic excellence and compassionate care.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, graduating magna cum laude while competing as a Division I baseball athlete.
